If you are a woman in the Dallas area, here is your opportunity to get into action NOW! Boot camp provides a structure that allows you the motivation, energy, and team support to make your fitness and body transformation happen.

This is not a military style boot camp, rather it is designed for women of all fitness levels with their own specific goals in making changes toward a healthier life.

You will feel challenged, and want to do what it takes to get the best body ever! Here are some of the results you can expect:

Here are some common concerns you may have that I would like to ease your mind about:

  1. "I am not in shape"
    If you are new to training or feel you are out of shape, don't worry because you will set the pace that is right for you. This boot camp is designed so that beginners can work side by side the more "seasoned" athlete and everyone can get an amazing workout. Being "out of shape" should be your reason to join!
  2. "I am athletic and want a challenging workout but don't want to be held up by a class that is slower"
    Most of the drills will be timed which means everybody is working for the same amount of time but at their own speed and level of difficulty. We work together and rest together as a team.
  3. "I have a medical issue or past injury and I don't want to get hurt"
    I don't want you to get hurt either!!! Safety is paramount! Not a runner? No problem. Bad knee and can't lunge? Don't worry! There is always plan "B" that will be just as effective for you to reach your goals.
  4. "I don't want to be sore"
    You need to listen to your body and pace yourself to a level that is challenging and feels right for you. A little sore is okay, it means you are working your muscles and improving. "Advil" sore or not being able to move the next day sore is quite another story. You need to be your own advocate and work sensibly. I will challenge, motivate and encourage you, but I will never force you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable.
  5. What if the weather is bad?
    If the weather is unsafe because of lightning or ice, or below freezing boot camp will be canceled or moved to an indoor location. We will have a system in place for notification if anyone is uncertain.
  6. Will boot camp help give me some nutritional support?

  7. Will one or two hours of boot camp really make a difference in transforming my body?
    If all you did was go to boot camp 1 - 2 times a week and eat junk food and remain a sedentary couch potato the rest of the week I bet you know what the answer to this question would be. What will set this boot camp apart from others is that you will actually be asked to have a plan and set real goals. Together as partners you will stay accountable to those goals.
